I dont think they suck now. I just think they've taken the whole Lanois-Eno thing to its complete end and then some. It's spent. I'm not saying ATYCLB, HTDAAB, and NLOTH are terrible albums. They're pretty good.
But they aint no Achtung Baby or even the first half of POP.

I agree completely. "Pop" is a misunderstood masterpiece and "Miami" is a great song. The worst thing is that U2 themselves are saying in the interviews the album was no good. Or that's just propaganda...
