Best of the web: Sailor Moon Unreleased Live Action Version

In the mid 1990's when multiple companies were competing for the rights to distribute Sailor Moon in North America a company submitted this as a "proof of concept" video in an attempt to gain the rights.

The idea was to produce a part cell animation, 3D C.G.I, and live action version of the popular Japanese series.

It was later decided that dubbing it over in English would be cheaper to produce.
