no they don't fill up .. you will some water down in there. When you start a little blackened soot water may come out , so let it warm up to evaporate it out. Otherwise if you hammer the throttle you'll coat your bed in soot, as well as anything you're towing.

I fixed the leak - at the turbo clamp. It's a 7.3 .. has 6.0 badges on it
