    Bigger than you meathead ain't it?

    So stop lecturing him.

  • His doing it right, but boring and not at all a home exercise. Some gyms don't even have acces to this kind of equipment.

  • I fucking hate this guy - keep your elbows at your sides not in front. Also, go up slower. FUCK YOU EXPERTVILLAGE!

  • yeah keep it icolated! I do this workout about 1 month i can see the differends verry good and the best way to workout is to do it nice and slow, and not fast. becauze youre musscle must be in intact and when u done the workout. then you its not incact with the strength of the weight. 4-5 sets are fine and U dont have to count how much reps u do. keep on with the set till u cant push anymore then rest and go for the second set. and repeat!
