Is This Angelina Jolie In A Rembrandt Toothpaste Commercial circa 1993?

I am about 90% sure this is Angelina Jolie. It doesn't look like her as much in the first shot as it does in all of the others. Sorry for the poor quality, I am going to try to find a better copy. What do you all think?
