That isn't Stromboli. As Fantic89 said in Stromboli the dough/filling is rolled and will look like a wheel when you cut it. Stromboli isn't from Italy, and was "invented" in the States, named after a Hollywood movie.

HMMM, few things wrong. You rotated it about 45 degrees, letting out all the heat from the oven. You use a pizza wheel when you picked up a big knife before it? Also you have made a Calzone, not a Stromboli. Strom's are rolled like a swis wheel.
