the same type of sweep from leg hold is used in muay thai !
i use much from stand up wrestling to train muay thai clench !!

@thadpauley 1. He's supposed to get his ass whooped. It's a thing in wrestling; when you're the dummy, you've gotta take the pain. Resist a bit if you're drilling to get your partner going, but you've gotta take the pain of getting slammed, having a hand come out of nowhere and hit you in the lip or the head (Which has happened to me plenty.) etc.
2. Probably the only guy that has the balls to do it with Coach Muscles over there.
