What size dpns are you using?

@labigorda I think Kerin was using size 8 or 9s with a worsted weight yarn. Most of the time, you want to use a needle appropriate to your yarn - however Kerin does give tips for using different sizes when working this technique around things like necklines or ribbing.

Really helpful Kerin! I am making a sweater for the first time and it calls for a cowl neck. I couldn't find any video that clearly explained what I needed to do but after many searches I finally found you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge:)
