  • I exclusively do Arnold's now, last workout 75 x 5, seated, I'll try straight dumbbell press next shouler workout, first time in years.

  • im a huge fan or arnold presses standing and seating.. i feel they give some of the best shoulder workouts

  • bro, nice lift but you gotta admit, you slide your ass down on the seat, forward, and you are almost doing an incline dumbbell press

  • not gonna lie, i agree.. ill admit i cheat a bit on db presses when weight really gets heavy.. sets before this i keep my form good, last set im more worried about gettin the weight up than anything
