The reason why congress wont do anything is because
1. There is no term limit
2. they will all die before any of this occurs.
They see it as "not my problem" and since they dont have a term limit they only please the lobbyist who pay for their campaign.
In 2036 i will run and the first thing i will try to push is 2 term limit.

If that's the case, I would call for desperate measures. The main issue: How do we "convince" Americans to change?
Also, how do we overcome the difficulties of getting international opposition to reach any UN agreement because of their bitching on basis of fairness, by any means necessary?

@SupremeCommander85 Not true this is very likely to happen you havn't felt the rath of hurricane Irene or 6.0 earthquake in Virgina which buy the way hasn't had an earthquake more than 2.0 on the richter scale in over a hundred years. :(
