Bruce did not use any hgh or any steroids. I recommend try to search on his daily routines. All he did was work out and did his training. Bruce Lee is a true inspiration. The things he went through, to teach his art when it was forbbiden, and let's not forget the criticism he went though in the U.S. He Went through a shit load of barriers. Bruce was constantly defending himself from the accusations people are making on here... they all thought the same thing at that he was some fraud or just a movie star martial artist. He was constantly challenged on set and off... and guess what he never lost. These werent regulated "mma matches or professional fights" which means it was much more dangerous and real. Bruce never allowed these fights to be recorded since they weren't for people's entertainment, these were real and serious.
