This is my first attempt at Hydroponic Gardening. I grew a variety of different vegetables in 9, 3 inch net cups inside a plastic rubbermaid container. Overall it worked very well, although some plants were more successful than others. One of the main problems, which I figured would happen was there was not enough space for the variety of plants that I wanted to grow. Things like tomato and pepper plants get very big. Secondly, my light source was not strong enough for the fruit bearing plants such as the tomatoes and peppers. The peppers did produce some fruits but with stronger lights there would have been many more. Finally, I was surprised that despite the different tds requirements, the plants all did fairly well together. Overall it required minimal supervision and was a lot of fun! Please leave feedback, suggestions, questions etc.
Your harvest looks more beautiful then Kate's wedding dress, which truly brought a tear to my eye. Those peppers were fit for a king and would have gone down a treat at Kate and Will's wedding reception. Let us all rejoice at the glorious occasion that was the royal wedding. God bless the royals.

@pangdawson Wow what a comparison! I'm honored by your post, were you an official invitee to the wedding? It must have been spectacular. Maybe for Harry's wedding I'll be the official produce provider!

Wow! All your plants are amazing! I cannot believe that you were able to harvest some lettuce in less than a month! That’s really awesome. The tomatoes and the peppers look so healthy and fresh. I think you should really make more room in order to help your plants continue to grow lush and healthy. Great job!

@grower912 - Cheers!! Yeah it was pretty cool how everything took off so quickly. As it was my first grow I just wanted to see how a big variety of plants would do, so in the future I`ll probably keep it for smaller varieties like lettuce and herbs. I might make a couple of seperate buckets for peppers. I dont have the $ or light power (or space for that matter) for tomatoes so maybe I`ll just start some seeds indoors and plant them outdoors in the spring.

Nice vid... Looks like you had some pretty good success. The pepper plant got huge! What kind of nutes did you use?
