Perhaps most interesting out of all of this, hoax or no, is the message portrayed. I read a few years back a writing known as "The Spirit's Book" - a book based around Spiritism (not to be mixed with Spiritualism). In laymans, it spoke of "spiritual evolution" through "peace" and "harmony" much as our pal, Vrillon, did.

For those of you who aren't bogged down by personal beliefs, you may find that book interesting in how it relates, philosophically, to the message portrayed in this video.
