There are many people that have nightmares in which their child has a birth defect and from all those people you were the unlucky one to have your nightmares come true. It's not rocket science.

@angerdux8 There are psychiatric studies about why people see crazy shit, think crazy shit and do crazy shit. Quantum mechanics has nothing to do with religious beliefs and other crazy beliefs. The world of quantum mecanics is at a such a small scale that there are no visible effects in the real world. There are more events at the nanoscale that influences our life than at the subatomic level.

And also, you don't need quantum physics to explain statistics.

@angerdux8 Quantum mecanics doesn't interact with macroscopical events. There are numerous explanations for your dreams that would not require understanding of quantum physics. Your experience is futile as long as you cannot reproduce it so everyone can study it.
