  • @kirtandsunshyne All these penpal sites for prisoners it's required that put the offense they are incarcerated for. Also all states have inmate lookups so you can read it in detail. You're being short sighted 95% will be back in society. Do you want a rapid dog let loose on the world or someone who is being rehabilitated. It has has long-since known how this important tool bonds the prisoner to their family and community. It is an important part of the rehabilitation of offenders.

  • @1965JLO I do not presume to know you. I know that there are wrongful convictions & I am sorry for that but in clear cut cases such as the one I am speaking of I just don't believe that he should have access to advertise for a penpal stating, "just a fun loving guy". If he wants a penpal it should be mandatory that details of his horrible crime be listed there also . Just stating my opinion, not trying to cause a debate. And of course I do not want these people released on the streets.

  • @kirtandsunshyne You don't know me so don't presume you do. I grew up in a war torn country and I know death. I refuse to become a monster and do believe no life is disposable. Many of these people 95% in fact of prisoners return to the streets. Locked in cages like animals. Do you really want someone like that released into society again. With the us current corrupt justice system and wrongful convictions penpals for prisoners is my last concern

  • @1965JLO Because by commiting a crime such as raping and murdering a child and a woman like someone did to my cousin and my mother, I think that they should not have the right to communicate with people anymore, after all he took that right away from them and took so much from me and my family. That is why I think that they should not have a pen pal. How would you feel if someone close to you was murdered and they were allowed a privilege to advertise themselves on a webpage?

  • @kirtandsunshyne Why ? Why can't they have a pen pal?

  • I believe it is wrong that if someone has commited such a horrible crime that he is going to die, that he or she be given the right to ask for pen pals on that web page.

  • The Ray Krone case is so eerily similar to the David Milgaard case in Canada. And it was only because of his family, like Milgaard's mother that the justice system actually paid attention to the evidence that was always there.

  • well after watching this canadian show called the fifte estate, I fully endorse this website for the canadian coalition against the death penalty.

  • the only thing I hate about the website of ccadp is the fact that american deathrow inmates debate their innocence or guilt of that website. Putting a human face on these inmates is great howerer not to bebate their innocence or not
