manny6bear - have you seen the movie seopyonje? It's by the great filmmaker Im Kwon Taek and specifically deals with the art of Pansori through the lives of Pansori singer and his apprentices. At the end of the movie, the two apprentices meet again and (drummer and singer) and sing Shimchongga. It captures that virtuosity and emotion and the perfect interaction between singer and accompanist. You can find it in amazon. Just search the word "Soponje" in Amazon. I promise you will love it.
