yo there are no easy ways to get ur hops up..since this video i got my vert up a couple of inches and i was running squating playing ball and calf raises...so just keep doin that and u will be able to dunk in a month and also remember to get the ball over the rim and put it down

LMFAOOOOO u so rite cheetosdc and thats really us........i was 6' exactly and the other guy is 5"10 and this was december of 2007......we made this after we played ball alll day .... the camera man was 6'7
that is not a dead body jus a person tired from playin ball all day lol....and my hops have drastically changed since then i work out 3 hrs a day and run 3 miles in the morning so i get WAY higher than i used too
