I get my braces off pretty soon but I will have to wear the normal clear retainer and I will also have to wear another retainer on my bottom teeth because I am missing a tooth on the top.( it's way in the back) :(

You shouldn't use your tongue to put in and take out your retainers because it loosens the wires.

@KatluvsnutellaXD i've learned that. but they used to fall out even after i got them tightened. but there's a simple way to tighten the wires yourself, my orthodontist showed me

@OmgGirls04 its basically when you talk you cant pronounce letters or certain words correctly. its sounds like there's something stuck in your mouth or a lot of drool. really UNATTTRACTIVE lol
