A classic episode of One Life to Live where Viki is on trial for murder. Karen Wolek takes the stand and makes a shocking confession. Karen Wolek is played by two time emmy winner Judith Light. It's taken from the Daytime to Remember series that aired during the 90s after Loving was cancelled and before Port Charles hit the air. Reba McEntire hosts the special and highlights some of the classic moments over a two week period.

  • You know Anthony Call (Herb) was a wonderful antagonist in this scene. It does take two and though Judith Light is the highlight of the scene, she had help.

  • One of the best moments in soap television! I was (still am) a huge fan of Judith Light. I remember crying when it was announced Judith Light was leaving OLTL.

  • JL is one of a kind actress I wish I watch OLTL then!!

  • I still cry from this! Just #CallMeACrybaby

  • @brinpol Correct. The summer before this scene aired, Viki saw Karen in the lobby of the Wallington Hotel with Marco Dane (Karen's pimp). Viki confronted her later, and Karen admitted to Viki that she was a prostitute and Marco was blackmailing her. Viki vowed to keep her secret and warned Marco to stay away from Karen. Shortly thereafter, Marco wound up dead... of course, it turned out to be Marco's twin brother, Mario, who died--- not Marco.

  • @swordssheath 1979.

  • What year was this?

  • It doesn't surprise me one bit that she won two emmy awards for her role as Karen Wolek. best performer ever

  • @docgirl2009 She shaved her head in 1999. I was like OMG!!! I was so used to the long golden locks. At the moment, it's past her shoulders some.

  • @thewillofthe313 It's where she originally started.
