That's right but the speedometer that you mentioned works when the train works [underground] with 750v dc. In the case of the video the voltage is 25000v ac and a digital speedometer works [digital screen at the left]. The ROTEM train is world patented for the dual voltage capability

It's a pity that the cab controls are only shown while the train is stopped, I wonder what that red button is. Is there vigilance control of any kind?
