My downstairs neighbor is crazy...he might kill me if i do...lol...it makes too much noise so I try to be considerate...but otherwise I ALWAYS dance in my shoes. You can see them in some of the other videos that were not shot at my place...I like it much better with shoes.

oh and also an instructional on incorporating moves together, a breakdown of all body rolls and hip swings u do. strutting swing around the pole??? take it as a compliment, imitation is the best form of flattery ;)keep it up, your excellent.

Thank you so much! I will try to do that for you. I usually just look at the girls that inspire me, and practice the moves I like, over and over again, until it feels right. I've been doing this for only 9 months, so with a lot of practice, you get good results!
