its great to see a video of someone who is just starting everyone else is already so good n makes it look easy i was starting to wonder if i was like retarded about this. i just got my pole two days ago and my body is killing me hopefully making rogress

Gee thanks, lol. Yeah I know it was really bad but I was really proud of myself because I couldnt even climb the pole 2 weeks earlier, and I had no pole classes or friends to help me out. Just the hope I could learn on my own.
I still have had no pole classes. I currently work at a club, and have some of the best pole tricks there...so im not sweating it. :) I havent posted any vids in ages, but no longer have my own pole.

wow you really do learn quick. I just got my pole yesterday.. I don't no if I already left a comment to you telling you that .. but boy am I hurting. Were you sore from doing the climbing and sitting moves?

yeah I was really sore for probably the first few weeks to month honestly..my inner thighs were bruised pretty moderatley. But then one day it all stopped, i guess i toughened up!

You are a great beginner. I'm a beginner too and you are doing inverts that I can't do. The "windmill" or "spinwheel" I would suggest really latching your achilles tendon (on your heal) to that pole, and really extend your other leg. It will lengthen the move. Thankfully, I have classes close to me so I have all of the basic moves down and I'm just learning inverts and other advanced tricks.

Thanks for the tip on the spinwheel, Ive utilised that and its really helped! The invert just kind of came one day :) I had been practicing it for a couple weeks before I got it(so right before this video) and it all just pieced together, and once I got it I have managed to get up there ever since. You'll get it soon don't worry. (oh plus put some padding down for that one, a fall is pretty scary, even close to the groud.)
