Cape Cod historian Noel Beyle was all over Eastham during the storm known as "The Blizzard of '78" on Feb. 6-7, 1978, and saw the storm from every possible angle. Here he explains how the tides were at some of their highest levels ever.
This interview with Beyle and many others will be part of a special talk about the demise of Henry Beston's "Outermost House" at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008 at the Cape Cod National Seashore's Salt Pond Visitors Center in Eastham on Cape Cod.
