No it genuinely is fan made. You defo haven't seen this at house shows. Haha. I'm pretty sure an official WWE promo wouldn't have the format constantly changing, the logos constantly changing and a sky box office logo pop up during RVD's frog splash. All these clips were edited together from the actual matches. Admitedly, though, there are a few shots taken from highlight reals - parts of the HBK/Y2J for example. Other than those few times, everything is "fan made". Haha.

Also, WWE have pretty much completely disassociated themselves with Chris Benoit so I doubt he'd find his way into any highlight reels.

@TheMechGunner Its clearly a different video. Sure it ha a lot of the same footage and, again, some of it has been taken from highlight reels etc, but both videos feature different footage and are cut differently.
