If you don't like Sketchup then your only other option is Revit if you want top of the line 3D.
It is extremely difficult to learn but once mastered you will be in demand for work.

@cbr0oks well what are you contributing to anything? I dont see you providing anyone with free shit to use. And if you hate sketchup so much what do you think is a better program to use? People like you seem to think developers efforts arent worth anything and they are evil for asking for money for their work. Get some perspective man, you're lucky they even have a freeware addition for kids like yourself.
