1996 Isuzu KB280TD Double cab 2x4 pickup 80 to 160 dash in 5th gear. The purpose of this drive was not to floor it , but rather to record what speed at what RMP the motor is turning. This video was made by me on a level road outside town. Specs: Isuzu 4JB1 Direct Injection Diesel , home fab cold air intake , K &N filter , adjusted pump fuel delivery ( EGT ~ 780 degrees C after 5 minutes full load ) 63mm free flow zorst from the turbo . 245/75R15 Bridgestone's I do occasionally rev it to 5400RPM in 5'th !!

@Trekkersfarm we have one kb2.5 exactly that you said, from 92, and its used only in the farm, today is working hard yet, and realy is very strong machine, more than one hilux 2.8 3L (the engine not run more hehehehe), and we have one d-max '08 my parents said, if sone day change one, it will be the d-max not the kb grand mother, hahaaha, thnks by the video...

@mirawatirahardja Thank you ! In South Africa they are regarded as the best pickup money can buy. In town a courier use a 4JA1 2.5 Diesel that has done 1 230 000 KM , and still going strong ! Yes , thats over 1 million km's. out of a 2.5 L direct injection diesel 1 ton pickup.
