  • Turbo Jam is nooooothing like Taebo!!! Chalene is an AMAZING instructor she motivates you to stick with it and she makes it fun has hell!! SO if you havent tried it then you have no right to knock it down. I bet most of you hating on this workout have never worked out a day in their lives. So dont hate on people trying to stay cute and fit! There's nothing wrong with it!

  • a friend of mine will be teaching turbokick at a gym here...she's also getting me half off classes soooo I'm gonna do it. I used to do TaeBo a few years ago, worked amazingly. I am SO EXCITED!

  • @jessie245 Still, if you are going to use kickboxing moves, they should be executed properly.

  • @CardioKickChick It's not meant to be Tae Bo or kickboxing. Her Turbo Kick video did that. The focus of this exercise is to keep people moving. It's a great video! I've done it and I found it to be really fun.

  • @Ken25100 Agreed! I started to take a Turbo Kick class over the summer, and lost 30+ lbs in 2.5 months! And that wasn't taking TKB every single day, either. It's a great workout that's fun and effective! If you don't want to try it, that's fine, but don't talk crap about it if you haven't tried it!

  • Um...do this program. It works. Turbo Jam is the truth. My troublesome area - my tummy is tightening up like crazy, just from doing Turbo Jam five days a week for this last three weeks.

  • just do taekwondo... you can lose weight, buildinner and outer strgnth at the same time. although this will burn calories, you wont be able to fight, and its not an effective way to build muscle. but if you just want to get thinner, then i suppose this is what your looking for. but after you lose that weight, youl just gain it back if you dont have the self controle that taekwondo, or other martial arts, give you.

  • I burn calories...after I eat I throw the paper plate in the fire. If I want to smoke a bowl I throw a paper one in the fire.
