Norooz dates back to Jamshid Shah, about 6000 years ago. Before Zoroaster.
Zoroaster confirmed Norooz. Baha'u'llah also confirmed it as the Baha'i New Year.
Norooz, Yalda, Tiregan are all based on the movement of the Earth around the Sun and are significant to all people. Persian Civilization was advanced enough to figure this out with pin-point accuracy at least 6000 years ago.

nourooz is nothing to do with Bahai,it is Zoroastrian new year ,and if Bahai decide to celebrate is fine too but it it was about 3 to 4 thousand years older than Bahai faith, how ever you are welcome to adjust your faith with our culture,,

Thank you so much for sharing this! I will be listening to it many times. I wish I could understand the lyrics; is it a happy song?...it seems to be, but perhaps that is because you are performing it as a family. How wonderful that is!

This is a happy song about NawRuz or Norooz, which is the Baha'i and the Iranian New Year. Naw Ruz is also the Festival that ends the Baha'i Fast.
