Precise calculations are pretty damn difficult when there is an extremely powerful dictator at hand preventing the information from being linked, combine that with sloppy prisoner records due to a breach of what we call human rights and you've got yourself a very rounded number. The exact number isn't known due to the minor revolutions which occurred and the lack of foreign liberation. I also said "Around" and so obviously wasn't pointing to an exact number. Of course, if you saw a different problem with that statement, please be free to write an incoherent, rambling response to this comment.
