Syracuse Football Entering the Dome

Getting ready to start the first game of the 2009 football season at Syracuse University. I was working the event with the ambulance so we sit right on the field in case something happens and we were right by where the players entered. Over 48,000 people were in the dome and it ended up being an awesome game.

Derby bro su has one of the most historic football and basketball programs in the country we have the nicest facilities for both football and basketball which has been confirmed by some of the best football coaches In the country the reason why we play in the dome is because we have to many fans to fit in Manley and we have the top 3 spots for basketball attendance and what's that o yeah who's picked to finish ahead of Louisville this season in football that's right Syracuse university

@derbycityboi502 C-USA sucked, especially in football. That's why LVille jumped to the Big East when offered. John L. Smith was winning C-USA titles in that era. Syracuse was winning Big East titles(96, 97, 98, and 04). Big East football>>>C-USA football.

And if you want to go back before the "great" John L Smith(who told his squad he was bouncing at halftime of a bowl game), Syracuse destroys LVille football from the 80's to the late 90's.

And it's worked out perfectly, as the Dome was a big factor in Cuse getting top recruits in the 80's like Pearl Washington and Billy Owens, all the way to Carmelo, and more recently Fab Melo(beat out LVille and their pretty little arena for him). Funny, you want to talk history in hoops with those 2 banners in 30 years(that you weren't alive to see), but when it comes to football you don't want to look past 5 years back.

As for basketball, are you really gonna act like Syracuse basketball isn't one of the top programs in the country? Really? That's dumb, "boi". Just dumb.

SU's history might not be quite as good as LVille's, but it's not far behind at all. LVille played out of their minds and won the head to head last year, but Cuse was the better team and had the better season. By the way, I've watched my team win a 'chip in my lifetime. It was awesome. Have you?
