I think she's a nice person by what everyone says. But what she is doing . . is that even healthy? I think she's a masochist cause she likes to cut herself, make thousands of incisions. I'm not going against individuality, but this isn't right. There might be something wrong with her. She was probably not happy with who she was before she got so many piercings.

Elaine is definately one of the most kindest, warm-hearted, genuine people you would ever wish to meet in life... and very fun. Thanks for portraying her in this way... we should just love each other, and embrace individuality!

I saw her on the streets in Edinburgh last week and I didn't realise it was her. I thought it was someone inspired by her. I didn't know Elaine came from Edinburgh.

I met Elaine today when a friend and I passed through her shop and she is one of the nicest, warmest people I have ever met - a really amazing woman.
