I have to get one on Tuesday and I'm eleven. Does it hurt or am I over exaggerating?

@AnimeFreak9684 I think it usually hurts, but in varying degrees. This guy was amazing. I wish we could have him each time. I think it depends a lot on the phlebotomist and just how it's placed sometimes. I get a lot of blood draws too. Ask for the butterfly needle! It takes longer to do the draw, but it's a smaller needle. They always roll their eyes when I ask for it for me. Good luck. It's mostly just the first pinch. If they do it fast, it's usually best. :)

He is so cute!:) poor thing. it's never fun to get bloodwork. I have to get my blood work done a lot too cause of my celiac. He's brave, including with the diabetes!:) Feel better!:) Good job!:)
