How do we reverse consumption ? ?? Try limiting human birth. Negative population growth and regulation of birth by requiring education in fertility and parenting through immediate certification. If you are not knowledgeable about how fertility works and child nutrition and how to talk to teens, you don't get certified and licensed to produce offspring. Less people, less consumption. Instant reversal ? Immediate regulation of just about everything ! That's my take and it's only an idea.
