BAGUAZHANG - PAKUA FAST Application of Lean on Horse to Ask The Way.AVI

As the title says. A faster demonstration of Lean on The Horse to Ask The Way. This technique is key to understanding the blending aspects of entering a person's physical space/sphere. It is part way to Hide Flower Under Leaf as well so it is a foundational posture for understanding transitions in Baguazhang. At least with the Jian Rong Qiao style. The use of the Lifting/Spearing Palm is important to note and train as it is a key to any entering technique. Great posture to train Zhan Zhuang with too...great way to open the back, arms, legs, hips .. oh wait the whole body lol ... and learn to root into one foot at a time. Again perfection is in the moment and how Andrew responded to my initial movement determined the sequence of follow through. When you train for structural integrity it becomes a matter of sensitivity when determining the flow and completion of a technique. Thanks again Andrew. :))
