This album is gonna be siiiiiiiick. I've been listening to blood mountain and leviathan(my favorite album) almost nonstop this week.
This song kicks ass.

Yeah the guitar is a bit lacking. I was hoping they'd go back to more of a 'Blood Mountain' sound but I'll still buy the album

@Vittoryo1 You're probably one of those guys who thinks that Remission is their best album. Dude, this is one song. And its a badass song. Sure, it's different, but its not selling out. Its just a different style.

Have followed and loved them since the beginning. If this is how the album sounds, I'm disappointed. It sounds like such generic ass metal. I hear no complex guitar parts. Rythym only changes up a little once. This is for the radio.

Badass doesn't even come close. Probably the catchiest Mastodon song ever. If this represents that standard of The Hunter, then IMHO I think it could be even better than Crack The Skye, which itself turned AWESOME right up to 11. CAN. NOT. WAIT.
