@peacechild61 No there are not plenty of people who are willing to adopt minority children. There are folks standing in line to adopt healthy, white infants but not minority children. And adopting out a child is not part of the culture of African-American's -- they'll keep the child or give it to a relative to raise. And yes it's about money, the money it takes to raise a child, the money for housing, food, clothes, medical care. That is always a part of the decision.

Then afterward you can expect a raise in the birthrate, and feminine health problems in this country exponentially because none of us low income family women can afford to go to a normal OBGYN clinic to get checked for those problems, or to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

@Onitsu Generally, the way you prevent unwanted pregnancies is to keep your legs closed, problem solved. Maybe you should ask why PP targets low income minorities... perhaps the Democrats are trying to solve the country's exploding Welfare and Medicaid problem. Somehow there are more minority individuals and families on gov't handouts than European Americans ("white folk") even though they outnumber minorities 5 to 1 in America. Welfare pays mothers more money per child they pop out?!
