He looks weaker to me, in the anime hitsugaya wouldn't be able to scratch aizen, let alone do any kind of damage to him, aizen could just stand there and take the hits while laughing.

no. but the menus are in english for some wierd reason so thats easy to navigate through. and dont get this game, wait till the 4th comes out

It kind of sucks that aizen is this weak in the game since he's the most powerful guy in the manga and anime.

weak-_-? hes one of the cheapest characters in the game. he has a combo that takes away almost 2/3s of your health

go heat mode. beat him with full soul gauge afterward. heat mode is square triangle after you only have half a health bar left on your final health bar
