  • If you are on Facebook, please visit Prism: The Ron Tabak Era. All the videos are linked there, as well as some awesome photography and memorabilia from the days when arena rock ruled..

  • I remember seeing Prism back in about '79 in Saskatoon. That's when a concert ticket cost $12 and a tshirt $7. Those were the days!

  • @oldbeforemytime67 Still got the T-shirt? ;-)

  • This was filmed at toronto's danforth music hall..was ther..bought the tour shirt !

  • @ThePablocruise Hey, thanks for providing a missing link in my research! This must have been the first of 2 shows Prism did there. Do you still have that tour shirt by chance? PM me if you do.

  • @Tabakfan Is there any books out on Tabak? I'd love to learn about this great singer man. If you can direct me to any articles would be appreciated. Thanks~joe~

  • Ha......I wish I did......the only one I have now is an old Chilliwack tshirt. :)

  • While travelling to motocross races in the 80's, we made up our own words, as we always had some Canadian rock, like Prism cranked: ...Moto Man - we live our lives to race... Then the words always changed, cuz of who thought they were gonna win the next day. Al, we'd love to party with you guys in Kalispell sometime, just let me know -n- we'll go from there.

  • @aleila101 From my research, Ron Tabak lived the rock 'n roll lifestyle like countless others in the music business---he was no saint, but he was finding his way out of those trappings at the time of his accident. His last recordings are spiritual and he had returned to the values that his family upbringing had instilled. That makes it less of a waste to me. Thanks for the comment.

  • @aleila101 Thanks for the comment. If you are related to Tabak, please contact me through PM, okay?
