Hope you all are enjoying the recipes. here's one showing how simple it is to cook "Trini" style pak choi. This wonderful vegetarian dish can also be enhanced with some salted cod or left over stewed meat. The full recipe can be found at http://caribbeanpot.com/lets-put-the-pak-choi-debate-to-rest-now/ with pictures and step by step instructions.

  • I'm afraid you're the idiot. Pak Choi is a Anglification of the Cantonese for white vegetable. Bok Choi is transliterating other Chinese languages.

  • I couldn't help to laugh but um, that veggie is called Bok Choi, it has white stem and I don't like the taste. Pak Choi is the one with green stem, that one taste more like a green veggie. If your supermarket labels it Bok, then they are idiots. Taste completely different.

  • Thanks, a new way to cook one of my favorite vegetables.

  • thanks for info~peace
