A video taken in Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario Canada at around 10 AM local time on August 8, 2009. I used a 2009 Canon Powershot SD780 IS 12.1 megapixel camera to make this film.
Every morning during the summer months, a Ceremonial Honor Guard marches to perform a military ceremony called the Changing of the Guard. It reflects Canada's military tradition and Canada's legacy as a Dominion of the British Empire.
I did not get the entire ceremony because my memory card ran out after returning from Hong Kong the day before. I took a lot of pictures after returning (more than 500).
I LIVE IN OTTAWA!!
