You think Shaq hasn't lifted weights ever? How do you explain he weighs 325lbs at around 13% bodyfat, no one can achieve that even with awesome genetics without lifting weights at some point.

Those shit is terrible for gaining muscle mass because after they do that they lose lot of muscle mass due to terrible diet!!!!!!

I'm not saying they didn't lift weights because I'm sure they did. Weight lifting will not affect growth no correlation has been found between both of them. How can you explain Shaq, Arnold Swarchenegger, David Robinson all started lifting weights when they were teens and have gone to outgrown their brothers and fathers even though they didn't lift weights.

To train your vert you must do 2 things: get stronger by lifting weights and do plyos. Some people such as t-dub are genetic freaks which will jump higher doing anything. The average person must squat (and deadlift) in the range of 3-7 reps to become stronger and the do plyos to become explosive.

You'll not get anywhere near t-dub.
Strength training is either high-rep-low-weight or high-weight-low-rep.
Use weights to build muscle and don't use jumping to build it.
Only use jumping for reactive and tests.
There is no limit to jump.

wow! My own image consultant- Thank you. Did you know that every hair on you body is an antenna. Yes that is right each one is a messenger reaching out into the universe sending/receiving messages. So every time you cut them in the name of professional you lose a piece of yourself. So if my message is not on point than people need to move on.
