In the video you'll notice things like pills falling, and someone grabbing an invisible hand, ect. I've always thought he was repeating "I'm feeling", as in he no longer feels like an empty shell after losing the person he loves and now he can "smile again." It's actually a really sad song... but kind of uplifting, too.

he repeats I'm feeling, not adrenaline. And this song isn't really word based, there are only like 5 different words used in this song so.... I personally think that lots of japanese songs have good melodies that american songs don't.

If you don't look at the subtitles on the other videos what hes repeating could be 1 of 3 things..

Ive tried it and I'm Falling doesn't sound close enough. Depending on your emotional state the first to I'm Failing and I'm Feeling would sound immediate to you. Like if you were sad you'd hear I'm Failing, but if you were happy you'd hear I'm Feeling. but watching this video makes you hear both :3
