This is real folks,i was with some one with Narcissistic Personality Disorder with all 9 traits! That was 5 years ago and still trying to get over it!

Like I said earlier. You are describing my soon to be ex roomate to a tee! But I also know that deep down she is very miserable and unable to ever be happy. Because nothing is good enough for her.

@LilMissOpinionated1 Yes and it sounds like he married you out of convenience. Divorce his ass as fast as you can & I hope you don't have children with him becaus he will screw them up & use them to manipulate you too.

"Bigger than life". That's a pretty dopey description. I would say distorted self perseption and of their achievements. You can check that by discussing past scenarious with the suspected narcissist how much he/she distorted to make him/her self feel grandiose. It's an obsession with the ecstasy and sometimes starts as a desperation.

Indulging one self over beauty i not a disorder. I think it's a nice wayfor those people in a reasonable manner take joy in life on the basis of their attractiveness. It's a healthy narcissist-food. More so than usually religion and food is. So much obesity and misery. Music, art and humor is other good joy foods. It's when they start downing others to heighten them selves it's a disorder. It's okey to feel grandiose on good grounds. Not pointing at a dwarf and grin. That's malicious.

We all don't have slight narcissistic traits, stop making such sweeping statements and claims. The first mistake alot of people make in trying to make sense of the world is the belief that everyone is similar are psychologicaly equivical... The is totally untrue... Some people are not giving the spirit of the qua. human being...

@jpzxcvbnm This guy is not kidding - these so-called people do exist. The world revolves around their narcissistic needs, in their head, or they structure it to do just that, by relating everything they do back to it. If you're in a connection with them, you get abused constantly, because they have no regard for anything but the narcissistic hit they always seek, wherever they go.

Is someone you know has Narcissistic Personality Disorder, run as far away as you can. These people are monsters or animals. They are all better off dead. They will wreak havoc wherever they go. It's like an unstoppable train of evil that destroy any destruction they go. Those who have never met one have no idea how bad they are. Or those of you who think, "they aren't THAT bad", probably have never truly have met one.

@TheTrancereligious5 As human beings we are always observing behavior. I have not said that these people possess the disorder, but that they have traits of the disorder. Open you eyes and see what is around you, it will suprise you. There is so much out there which is right in front of your face. The good, the bad and the ugly. We all have Narcissistic traits, but very few people, relatively speaking, have the true disorder.
We all need to learn to judge behavior very clearly.

@PsychDoctorate Don't Judge, just see it. Judging is identifying. It does not matter whethere it is good or bad or ugly as long as you hold it inside. Just let it go

@TheTrancereligious5 And there is an problem with identifying behavior which is antisocial, narcissistic that creates problems both for those suffering from it and those who experience it. Also your reasoning is filled with judgement itself. Your comment makes no rational sense.
