Trying to learn olympic lifting technique: the clean. Video shown at 1/4 speed. Weight used is 80, 90 and 90kg.

I think the main things I should work on is getting the bar moving straight (it swings out a bit after contacting my thighs), catching more quickly, and making sure the weight is on my heels for the catch and recovery.
