  • good shit.. probably best not to use bumpers, if you wanna progress anyway.. :P

  • knees bowing inwards aren't a problem on the concentric portion or upward part of the lift. It's on the eccentric or downward portion of jumps or landings where athletes tend to have problems. But that rarely happens in weightlifting. His squatting technique is good.
