Popular gospel group also known as The Golden Gate Jubilee Quartet. The jubilee style is a bit too slick for some gospel fans, but there is plenty of fire in this recording from the early 40s.

  • Goodness have not heard these guys for ages used to hear them on Andy Kershaw years ago never a bad tune by them allways with train like motion to the music, i think from memory they lived as kids by the train tracks,caught a lift to san fransisco? that Eliza Doolittle has truly exscuisite taste for sure!!
