Boddhi Satva is a name synonomous in under ground circles with some of the best deep house and afrobeat productions in circulation. His releases on labels such as Yoruba, Vega Records and ATAL, along with his own imprint, Offering Recordings, have gained critical acclaim and support from the likes of Karizma, Abicah Soul, Atjazz, DJ Spinna, Kerri Chandler Louie Vega and Dennis Ferrer. His initial collaborations with Alton Miller are the stuff of legend and his ongoing work with Osunlade's Yoruba Records continues to move crowds worldwide. Satva draws inspiration from his central African heritage and an eclectic diet of Jazz, R&B, Hip-Hop and Funk combined with traditional African rhythms such as Soukous, Makossa and Ndombolo.
