everyone should beware of this product. It should not be put on a flat roof or on a home unless you don't care about leaking and peeling. It can be a waste of money, not a savings!

it is just like anything else ,if not applied properly it will not perform ! I have installed over a 500,000 sqft of foam and coatings on flat and lowslope roofs and have not had one problem !

Yes, it was Conklin. this product is probably best used on machine shed type buildings with good run off. The materials I read on line said it isn't intended for flat roofs where there may be pooling. No the contractor said the roof didn't need to be washed. they applied it over an asphalt substrate in frosty weather.
