@jadedballoons You dumb fuck! In Vietnam, touching is a kind of affection an adult gives to a child to show them they care, it's like hugging. Obviously, the lady in this video cares about these kids by touching her chin and asked why aren't they in school. Then the little girl cried for some reason, they tried to cheer her up by joking around saying she probably misses her boyfriend that's why she cried. Don't tell me you never touch your nieces or nephews and tickle. Do you get the scenario?

funny, obviously her and her mom were disagreeing about something. I just keep hearing "i don't care,. you don't listen. do what you wanna do." it's hard to catch everything cause it's mixed with another language.
