That's NOT what the Type-R sounds like... I'll get a video of mine in action.. They just sound like a big gushing air sound.. Nothing spectacular..

Your vac/boost source is weak the valve is not opening up or you have the spring way to tight. I've had this same bov for a few years now that is not how they sound period. If you find video on the net with the same sound it's simply because they have theirs hooked up wrong also.
